About Us

Denmar, Inc is a small by design, family owned and operated property management company with over 30 years of experience on Sugarloaf in Carrabassett Valley, Maine. We provide year-round peace of mind through a variety of services and work with individual homeowners and associations to address their specific needs, from association management and bookkeeping, to snowplowing, landscaping, and every odd job in between. We are lifelong Sugarloafers who love to help others enjoy our community as much as we do and take pride in making our clients’ Loaf experience as carefree and turnkey as can be.   

Once the work is completed, you can find us snowboarding on Sugarloaf, fishing in the Rangeley Region, mountain biking in Carrabassett Valley, or hiking the Bigelow’s. We cherish this area for the same reasons our clients do, and we believe that common ground best suits us to work with them.
